Work is underway along Via Coconut Point to support Estero’s 100-acre Village Center Hub SportsPark, including a safer entrance, turn lanes and other infrastructure.
Construction is underway on Via Coconut Point for infrastructure supporting the Village Center Hub SportsPark, a 100-acre development next to Estero High School.
Plans include a driving range, youth sports fields and entertainment facilities. High 5 Exchange is expected to add bowling and indoor pickleball, while infrastructure work is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026 and the broader entertainment district in 2028.
Michael Comparato, a consultant to the Village of Estero with VIESTE, told Gulf Coast News that the sports park and neighboring Lumio project are creating new left-turn lanes in the Via Coconut Point median.
