Michael A. Comparato is Chairman and CEO of VIESTE. He is responsible for the company’s strategic planning and also oversees relationships with VIESTE clients, strategic partners and affiliate companies. He is the Executive-in-Charge for all capital programs and investments overseen by VIESTE companies. He has planned, financed, developed and/or managed in virtually every asset class.
He has been involved in financial transactions for both for-profit and non-profit clients, utilizing a variety of debt/equity vehicles including closed-end investment funds, real estate investment trusts, sale leaseback transactions, equity syndications, tax-exempt bond issues, pension funds and institutional lending sources.
Mike oversees VIESTE’s strategic planning, marketing, and management responsibilities regarding the company’s extensive portfolio including all infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in the planning, financing, design, development, marketing, and operations.
He has led VIESTE teams for public, private, quasi-public and non-profit entities specializing in projects to include sports tourism campuses, senior living communities, healthcare facilities, cultural and community
