VIESTE and affiliate companies were engaged by the City of Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico, to create a comprehensive economic development initiative and capital infrastructure program. The project included a feasibility study, infrastructure assessment and implementation plan. The aggregate value of the plan created by the VIESTE team exceeded U$750 million.
