VIESTE, supported RKG Associates in providing the Architectural Heritage Foundation with a comprehensive adaptive reuse plan for this 160,000 square foot historic building. Being shuttered for more than a decade, AHF and the City of Worcester desire to have this significant community asset restored and brought back to life. VIESTE and RKG collaborated on a plan that pays tribute to the history and traditions of this iconic structure while marrying those elements to a dynamic technology-based future including eSports, entertainment, and tech incubator collaboratives.
