Lauren Sharkey, Director of Operations, assists with the delivery of projects to successful completion in alignment with strategic and operational goals through planning, coordinating, and managing enterprise resources to achieve desired project outcomes. She oversees project controls and communcates plans, dependencies, and status updates, highlighting any potential issues, including schedule, resources, cost, and risks. Lauren also ensures all project team members have the appropriate tools and training required to perform effectively.
