VIESTE serves as Owner’s Representative to the City of Eudora, providing consultation, oversight and assistance in transaction structuring, financing, entitlements, economic impact, and master planning. VIESTE is providing project management of the Nottingham mixed-use development which involves land and tenant acquisition, demolition, capital infrastructure, and TIF Bond oversight. VIESTE is also overseeing a major transportation infrastructure project for the City, in coordination with the Kansas Department of Transportation at the Church Street / K-10 interchange
