VIESTE served as Owner’s Representative for Endangered Species Chocolate Company, who relocated its corporate headquarters and manufacturing operation from Talent, Oregon to Indianapolis, Indiana. VIESTE, LLC assisted in site selection, building acquisition, and obtaining economic development credits. As Owner’s Representative, VIESTE oversaw all design, reconstruction, and commissioning, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, (LEED) certification. Post commissioning, VIESTE, LLC then advised Endangered Species through facilities management start-up, plant operations, inventory control and transportation logistics.
