Capital Project Management & Owners Representation
VIESTE serves as Owner’s Representative to the City of Eudora, providing consultation, oversight and assistance in transaction structuring, financing, entitlements, economic impact, and master planning. VIESTE is providing project management of the Nottingham mixed-use development which involves land and tenant acquisition, demolition, capital infrastructure, and TIF Bond oversight. VIESTE is also overseeing a major transportation infrastructure project for the city, in coordination with the Kansas Department of Transportation at the Church Street / K-10 interchange.
The City of Eudora, KS has seen steady population growth for decades and is prime for commercial growth in the sports and entertainment tourism sector. VIESTE is engaged as an extension of staff to identify and create a major tourism and economic development project for development within the city, with a capital investment anticipated to be above $5,000,000. Upon project completion, sales tax will become a growing piece of the City’s revenue stream for the community and allow it to maintain infrastructure and continue to grow while pulling funds from the broader, regional economic instead of just the local community. VIESTE is primarily responsible for identifying funding sources and for the planning, budgeting, procurement, and design oversight of all onsite and offsite infrastructure, and will subsequently oversee construction of the development.
