The City of Mansfield, Texas has initiated a 400 +/- acre mixed-use development that the city fully expects to be at the pinnacle of mixed-use developments within the DFW Metroplex, truly a destination and a premier community asset. 

The city has committed itself to a very engaged, proactive approach to the development of Harvest Point.  The city has aligned itself with a highly qualified team of private development partners.  The project components have extraordinary range from single family residential through high density commercial, retail, sports and entertainment components. Key components include a 10,000 seat USL stadium, hotel/conference center and entertainment district. 

City staff has been fully engaged and extended to include outsourced professional resources with specific project experience to oversee the project. VIESTE is proud to have been selected as that outsourced resource to the City of Mansfield.  VIESTE now serves as the “Quarterback” to lead all aspects of this tremendous project for the city.
