As Vice President of VIESTE, Steve is responsible for business development, planning, transaction structuring and senior project management, especially with regards to sports, mixed-use and hospitality assets.

Much of Steve’s career has been in the hospitality and entertainment industries providing oversight of hotels, convention centers and sports facility developments both nationally and globally.  Within these industries Steve has held several roles including project feasibility analysis, strategy development, operational oversight, and contingency planning, as well as capital structuring.  He has been instrumentally involved with both the construction and the operational phases of sports tourism, community sport, and urban revitalization projects.

Steve was the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the largest indoor sports complex in North America, Spooky Nook Sports in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Planning and Development for Sports Facility Management (SFM).  In this role, Steve was instrumental in the growth of the firm as well as in the development of organizational products, services, and management delivery systems.

Most recently before joining VIESTE in March of 2020, Steve led the development and operational start-up of Drive Nation Sports, a one of a kind youth and amateur sports complex in Dallas, Texas.
